We’ve put together three tips on how to prepare for IRCE:
Adopt an Amazon mindset
The success of Amazon has been covered before, and while not all types of retailers can adopt its practices, it is possible to adapt its approach to fulfillment and shipping. IRCE will host ‘Amazon & Me’ pre-conference workshops which will shed light on Amazon’s approach to retail, and the ‘Fulfillment, Customer Service & Operations’ track on Day 1 will provide a deeper understanding of how back end operations can really impact revenue in a big way.
Set your eCommerce goals
Before the next four days turn into a blur, take time to set your goals on what you’re hoping to achieve at IRCE. Are you looking to update your technology stack for the next stage of growth - and if so, think about how compatible and scalable the solutions you come across are? Or perhaps you just need to look for ways to streamline operations to give your business a competitive edge?
